When does my course open?

As soon as the payment goes through. Open the DHĪ app and sign in again to see your classes, notes and tests.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. Every payment has a receipt under Fees, which you can print or save as PDF.

Can I get a refund?

See the refund rules in our terms. If money was taken but the course did not open, contact us with the payment ID. Read the terms.
